If you’re in Tennessee for Thanksgiving, make sure to visit the Titanic Museum Attraction in Pigeon Forge. Not only will be treated to the Edwardian-era Christmas decor which will already be on display, but you’ll also be in for a big treat – an amazing firework show that will be smoking up the Smokies!
The museum has spent the last year honoring the 2,208 people fatefully aboard the Titanic. The culmination of this tribute is the Firework at the Titanic show on November 22, 2012. Featuring the ship-shaped museum as the backdrop, the darkened evening sky will be lit up with a beautiful firework display to celebrate the lives and legacies of the ship’s passengers, crew and rescuers.
Apparently this is a big deal show, the largest in Pigeon Forge in years. Spectators are encouraged to purchase their tickets early (the show comes along with a tour), but we’re hoping that bandit spectating will be available off some of the nearby thorough fares. Why not get the party started early with some sparklers for the kids; check out AllSpark Fireworks for a great selection that won’t sink your budget.
