Pittsburgh's Official 4th of July Celebration is traditionally held at Point State Park and has featured entertainment in year’s past from the U.S. Army Jazz Ambassadors and Circus Orange, followed with the "Flashes of Freedom" Fireworks Fantasia engineered by local firework wiz’s, Pyrotecnico. The best places to see this popular firework event is out on the lawn at Point State Park, the adventurous can even rent kayaks and paddle out for a better view. If you beat the crowds, you can also find good spots to watch fireworks at Station Square, West End Overlook, Mount Washington or even the further out Grandview Golf Course in Braddock.

Pittsburgh just might be one of the biggest sports spectator cities in the country.
